Out on the road filming with Henderson Safety.
People often think location filming is glamorous. And while it has its moments, the truth is—just like being a firefighter, a hairdresser, or even a clown, some days on the job are just a bit... well, crap.
Today was one of those days. I was out with one of our newest clients, Henderson Safety, visiting Welsh Water’s largest wastewater treatment plant, right on the beautiful Cardiff coastline.
Now, the site itself is seriously impressive. It handles wastewater for millions of homes across Wales, and you can definitely smell the scale of the operation the moment you drive through the gates. Let’s just say it’s an experience for the senses—and one you don’t forget in a hurry!
That said, days like this are invaluable for us at Ffaith. Being on-site gives us a deeper understanding of what our clients actually do, how they work, and what makes them tick. It informs the copy we write, the content we create, and the brand stories we help shape.
Joe Henderson has really embraced the whole process—he’s trusted us, even when our creative suggestions didn’t always seem obvious at first. But that kind of back-and-forth is exactly what we love. When a client is as passionate and driven as we are, the end result is always stronger.

The brand we’ve now developed for Henderson’s genuinely reflects their expertise in health & safety. And thanks to our recent content day, their new website doesn’t just blend in with the usual stock-heavy H&S sites—it stands out with real, on-site imagery and authentic storytelling.
Our content days are perfect for startups looking to build their image, but they’re just as valuable for established businesses wanting to refresh their brand, promote a new service, or simply level up how they’re seen by their customers.
